Members of No 6 Maritime Reconnaissance Squadron, R.N.Z.A.F., build their own yachts and sail them in Auckland Regatta; a warrant officer posted to Fiji sails there in his own home-built sloop, while air crews, practising air-sea rescue work, locate the Fiji-bound yacht, and drop supplies to its crew. A HOME BY THE SHORE. 284 ft. Outdoor schooling, sea bathing, and numerous remedial exercises are features of the Wilson Home for Crippled Children, in its lovely grounds by the sea at Auckland.
