Full Description
New Zealand is a fine apple-growing country, and its modern cool stores ensure a year-round supply for local customers. Responsible for storage and distribution is the Apple and Pear Board, which also arranges and promotes overseas marketing; scenes in the picturesque Singapore market show how a demand for New Zealand fruit is developing in Asia. The board also aids growers in research and the development of new strains of fruit.
