Full Description
In 1971 New Zealand Railways re-introduced two 'Ab' class4-6-2 locomotives of the 1920's to haul a vintage tourist train in Southland. Ever since, the 'Kingston Flyer' has attracted over 25,000 passengers each season. The film evokes nostalgia for the colourful 1920's period and sets the mood of the country branchline train.
